Processing and estimated delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. After an order ships, carrier transit is estimated at 2–4 business days. Total delivery is estimated at 3–6 business days from order placement, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. These are estimates, not guarantees. Tracking information is sent when available after shipment.

Shipping delays and cancellations

If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will notify you and let you choose whether to accept a revised shipment estimate or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund.

Delivery destinations

We ship within the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. We do not offer delivery to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. The checkout confirms whether a specific address is eligible and displays the available Standard option before you place an order.
