Quick summary

This policy explains how quluq collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information when you visit or use our online store, place an order, or contact us. Shopify provides our commerce platform. We use information to operate the store, process and deliver orders, provide customer service, protect the store, and meet legal obligations. Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have privacy rights such as access, correction, deletion, portability, and opting out of certain processing. Contact us at support@quluq.com or use Your Privacy Choices.

Who is responsible and what this policy covers

“quluq,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of this online store, ROSANGELICA CARMONA FUNY LLC. Our business correspondence address is 4337 N 53rd Ln APT 187, Phoenix, AZ 85031, United States. Shopify hosts the store and provides commerce services. This policy covers information we process as the store operator. Shopify may separately process information for its own purposes, including to provide and improve Shopify services; Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy and Privacy Portal describe those activities and choices.

Personal information we collect

The information we process depends on your interactions with the store. It may include:

  • Contact and delivery information: name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, and other information you provide for an order or inquiry.
  • Order and transaction information: products viewed, selected, placed in a cart, purchased, returned, or cancelled; order number, transaction date, amounts, delivery status, and related records.
  • Payment information: payment method, transaction and authorization details, payment status, and limited payment-related information. Payment credentials are handled by Shopify and the payment provider shown at checkout; we do not receive or store a complete card number when the provider processes it directly.
  • Account and preference information: account identifiers, sign-in and security information, and preferences if you create or use an account.
  • Communications: the content and details of messages, reviews, or support requests you send us.
  • Device and activity information: IP address, browser and device characteristics, network information, identifiers, pages or products accessed, referral information, and interactions with the store. Cookies and similar technologies may collect some of this information.

Sources and purposes

We receive information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device as you use the store, and from Shopify and service providers that support checkout, payment, delivery, security, and customer support. We may also receive information from other parties involved in a transaction or service you choose to use.

We use personal information to operate, maintain, and secure the store; take and fulfill orders; process payments and returns; arrange delivery; respond to questions; manage accounts and preferences; communicate about orders and the store; detect fraud and misuse; keep business records; comply with legal duties and valid legal requests; resolve disputes; and establish or defend legal claims. Where enabled and permitted, information may also be used to understand store activity, improve services, or provide marketing and advertising.

Cookies, advertising, and privacy choices

The store and Shopify may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functions, preferences, measurement, or advertising. The Shopify cookie banner is currently disabled. We have not verified whether optional analytics or advertising technologies are active for every visit or order, so this policy does not represent that a particular optional provider or pixel is currently active. Your device or browser may provide controls for cookies. The Your Privacy Choices page provides Shopify-managed choices where available. Where a law requires recognition of a universal opt-out signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we will process it as required and as supported by the applicable store services. Turning off cookies may affect some store features.

How we disclose information

We disclose information as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including to Shopify and service providers that host the store or support checkout, payment processing, order administration, delivery, customer service, security, and other store operations. We may disclose information when you direct us to do so; to comply with law or valid legal process; to protect customers, the store, or others; or in connection with a financing, reorganization, transfer, or sale of all or part of a business. A recipient’s handling of information may also be described in its own privacy notice.

Some state laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly. Whether a particular disclosure falls within a legal definition depends on the facts and the law that applies. We do not claim that a particular optional advertising partner is active. You may submit an opt-out request through Your Privacy Choices or by contacting us, and we will honor applicable rights.

Google Maps on our Contact page

Our Contact page automatically loads an embedded Google Map directly from Google when the page is opened. The map connects your browser to Google, which may receive your IP address and browser or device technical information and may set or read technologies under its own practices. There is no map control on the Contact page that prevents this connection. You can contact us by email or telephone using the details below; using those contact methods does not disable the map if the Contact page is opened. See Google’s Privacy Policy for information about Google’s handling of data.

State privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence, whether a state privacy law applies to us and to the information at issue, and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to:

  • confirm whether we process your personal information and access or obtain a copy of it, including in a portable format in circumstances provided by law;
  • correct inaccurate personal information;
  • request deletion of personal information;
  • opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, or certain profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and, where state law provides, opt out of certain processing of sensitive personal information; and
  • appeal our refusal to act on a privacy request, where that right is provided by law.

These rights and definitions differ among states. Some laws apply only to businesses meeting statutory thresholds or other conditions, and each law has exceptions. We will assess a request under the law applicable to the requester and the information. We do not use this policy to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

California residents

If the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA), applies to our processing, California residents may have the right to know/access personal information collected about them, request deletion, request correction of inaccurate information, opt out of sale or sharing (including sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising), limit certain uses and disclosures of sensitive personal information, and receive equal service and price for exercising applicable rights. These rights are subject to verification, exceptions, and other requirements in the CCPA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right protected by law. California residents may use Your Privacy Choices or contact us using the details below. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted; we may require proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly. For a covered request to know, delete, or correct, we will respond within 45 calendar days after receipt. If reasonably necessary, we may take one additional 45-day period after notifying you of the extension.

Colorado and Connecticut residents

If the Colorado Privacy Act or Connecticut Data Privacy Act applies, residents may have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of personal data and to opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling with significant effects. Connecticut residents may also have a right to request a list of third parties to which their personal data was sold. Colorado and Connecticut recognize qualifying universal opt-out mechanisms, including Global Privacy Control, for covered controllers and applicable opt-out processing. For a covered Colorado request, we will respond within 45 days after receipt; if reasonably necessary, we may extend once by up to 45 days after timely notice with the reason. For a covered Connecticut request, we will respond within 45 days after receipt and may extend once by up to 45 days under the conditions allowed by law, with notice. Connecticut residents may appeal a denied rights request; where that law applies, we will respond to an appeal within 60 days after receipt. Rights, scope, verification, and exceptions depend on the law and facts.

Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws

Other state privacy laws may provide similar rights and may differ on coverage thresholds, definitions, sensitive-data consent, profiling, universal opt-out signals, response periods, appeal procedures, and exceptions. We will provide the rights that apply to your request under your state’s law. Where that law provides a right to appeal a denial, you may use the appeal process described above. If we deny an appeal, you may have the right to contact your state attorney general or other regulator.

How to make a request and what to expect

Submit a privacy request through Your Privacy Choices or email support@quluq.com with the state where you reside and the right you wish to exercise. You may also write to the correspondence address below. Please do not send payment-card details or other sensitive information in an ordinary email. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and locate relevant records. We use verification information only for that purpose and as permitted by law.

You may authorize another person to submit a request for you where applicable law allows. We may require evidence that the agent is authorized and may ask you to verify your identity or confirm the authorization directly. We will respond within the time required by the law that applies. If a lawful extension is available and needed, we will notify you within the original response period and explain the reason. If we deny a request in whole or in part, our response will explain the decision to the extent required by law and tell you how to appeal where an appeal right applies. To appeal, reply to our decision or email us with “Privacy Request Appeal” in the subject line and enough information to identify the request. We will review the appeal and respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also have the right to complain to your state attorney general or another regulator.

Children’s information

The store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to review and delete it where required. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 as those terms are defined by applicable California law.

Retention and security

We keep personal information for no longer than reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to fulfill orders, maintain required business and tax records, address support issues, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. The period depends on the type and sensitivity of the information, why it was collected, and applicable requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International processing

Shopify and service providers may process, store, or access information in the United States and other countries, which may have privacy laws different from those where you live. Where required, we rely on an appropriate legal transfer mechanism and safeguards for international transfers, such as adequacy decisions or approved contractual protections.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy and update the “Last updated” date. We will provide any additional notice required by law.
